I really want to make buffalo chicken wing soup?

I work at a restaurant and we have different soups all the time, my favorite is buffalo chicken wing soup. I am looking for a recipe for this- Its creamy (milky) has celery and onions(but i can do with our those) A LOT of the liquid, and of coarse chicken and hot sauce… I tried getting to recipe that we use but of coarse they would not give it to me.. Any one have a secret recipe they can give me?

6 cups milk
3 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours
